VFPwinsock can be used freely and free under the following conditions:

a) Design or Decline and its authors (Mr. Francis FAURE) do not ensure and do not guarantee any functionality provided by VfpWinsock.

b) Design or Decline and its authors (Mr. Francis FAURE) could not be held responsible for any damage caused by VfpWinsock

c) All commercial distribution or redistribution of VFPwinsock is prohibited.

d) The use of whole or part of the VFPwinsock tool requires the acceptance of the preceding clauses implicitly.
